Unlike dark balsamic vinegar, I offer a subtle acidity that's perfect for refining salads, sauces, and many other dishes. This makes me an excellent base vinegar—but I'm also the first choice if you want to make a very good, more neutral dressing or need a more neutral flavor.
When do you need a more neutral vinegar? For deglazing sauces or stir-fries, lighter sauces, herb dressings, dips, and much more. I'm very versatile and can be used in many different situations in your kitchen.
