I'm a wild-growing Andaliman pepper. I'm not cultivated, but spread only by birds, so you have to practically search for my bushes. My citrus aroma is very intense, and my spiciness is very subtle. You should use me very sparingly – the 10 g in a jar is very productive.
Store in a dry place protected from light.

I'm a light white wine vinegar from Italy. Being aged in large wooden barrels gives me a wonderfully mild flavor, and the large barrels impart very little wood flavor. Unlike dark balsamic vinegar, I offer a subtle acidity that's perfect for refining salads, sauces, and many other dishes. This makes me an excellent base vinegar—but I'm also the first choice if you want to make a very good, more neutral dressing or need a more neutral flavor.
When do you need a more neutral vinegar? For deglazing sauces or stir-fries, lighter sauces, herb dressings, dips, and much more. I'm very versatile and can be used in many different situations in your kitchen.

I'm a special kind of drinking vinegar, as I don't contain any added honey, sugar, or colorings. My basis is the distinctive drinking vinegar "Woody." I originated from my predecessor, "Tonka Bean Kisses Cocoa." The cocoa beans go into the Woody first, followed by the tonka beans. Of course, the taste was already very good without the tonka beans – and now I'm here just like that.
I go perfectly with lamb's lettuce or game or or or.

As a drinking vinegar in the "Unfortunately AWESOME" category, I'm distinguished by my extremely time-consuming production process and deep vertical integration. Like my colleagues, I don't require any added honey, sugar, or coloring. My base is a barrel-aged vinegar blended with a single malt from Northern Ireland. I age my vinegar in small 50-liter barrels from Modena. The fact that I contain almost no alcohol—and the reason for it—remains my secret, of course.
It's hard to find a really good vinegar. Vinegar made with whiskey is even harder to find. And whiskey vinegar that also tastes incredibly good is almost impossible to find. I'm created with a lot of handwork and time.

I'm a seasonal product and only produced once a year. What's more, my bottle count is very limited. So grab it now.

As a drinking vinegar in the "Unfortunately AWESOME" category, I'm distinguished by the extremely high level of time and depth of production. Like my colleagues, I don't require any added honey, sugar, or coloring. Even in the "Unfortunately AWESOME" category, I stand out. I'm created with a lot of handwork and time. My herbs come from a valley in South Tyrol and all grow at an altitude of approximately 1,250 meters. This altitude produces a lot of XY... The valley's most striking mountain peak is also featured on my bottle. Can you spot which one it is?
All herbs are, of course, freshly gathered and picked by hand. My flavor is incredibly rich and hard to put into words. In the future, I'll also be available as an XW version—that is, I'll be aged in a wooden barrel. The barrel will, of course, also come from South Tyrol. So the Alpine theme runs throughout.

I'm a special kind of drinking vinegar, as I don't use any added honey, sugar, or colorings. My base is barrel-aged vinegar. My particularly fresh and zesty flavor comes from the blend with the famous lemon from Italy's sunny Amalfi Coast. My lemons are imported and are usually freshly harvested just before shipping. Only the peel, not the juice, is used in my production. This is where my fresh flavor with a relatively strong body comes from.
Through careful processing and storage under optimal conditions, my taste really comes to the fore.

I'm a special kind of drinking vinegar, as I don't contain any added honey, sugar, or colorings. My base is barrel-aged vinegar. My particularly intense flavor, however, comes from the blending of two different apricot varieties. So, I'm a blend of apricot vinegar, so to speak.
Through careful processing, in which each individual fruit is examined, and storage under optimal conditions, my flavor really comes to the fore.

I'm a special kind of drinking vinegar, as I don't contain any added honey, sugar, or colorings. My base is barrel-aged vinegar. My particularly intense flavor comes from blending it with an old pear variety. The pears grow near Heidelberg and taste better than a Williams—and even better than a Conference.
To ensure my unique taste, anything that could negatively influence it is naturally removed by hand. Through careful processing, in which each individual fruit is examined, and storage under optimal conditions, my flavor truly comes to life.

I'm a special kind of drinking vinegar, as I don't use any added honey, sugar, or colorings. My base is barrel-aged vinegar. My particularly intense flavor comes from the blend with an excellent, heirloom pear variety that grows near Heidelberg. The crowning touch is a subtle hint of lavender. To ensure my lavender flavor isn't too overpowering, the lavender was naturally removed through gentle filtration after maceration.

I'm a special kind of drinking vinegar, as I don't contain any added honey, sugar, or colorings. My base is barrel-aged vinegar. My particularly intense flavor comes from the blend with the small bitter orange Chinotto from Italy. Chinotto are hardly known here in Germany. They give me a wonderfully fresh, fruity, and slightly tart and bitter taste. The small Chinotto are imported by us and come directly from Savona on the Ligurian coast. The only way to get them fresher is to buy them locally – and even that's not easy. Through careful processing, during which every single fruit is examined, and storage under optimal conditions, my flavor truly comes to life.

I'm a special kind of drinking vinegar, as I don't use any added honey, sugar, or colorings. My base is oak-barrel-aged vinegar, which is blended with a fig I import from Italy. My figs come from a village at the foot of the Alps. These figs grow only here, and they arrive in Germany fully ripe. The combination of freshness and ripeness gives my flavor an incomparable touch.
My balanced and harmonious flavor makes me extremely versatile. I go very well with salmon, grilled goat cheese, or—in combination with the "Amalfi Lemon Olive Oil"—excellent with tomato and mozzarella. Incidentally, I also have a brother and a sister. They were specially aged in different wooden barrels.

I'm even more unusual than my base, "The Fig," because I belong to the XW series. The XW stands for Extra Wood. After the first filtration, I was aged in an acacia wood barrel (new, of course) and am the sister of the Fig from the Cherry Wood Barrel. New barrels – because the flavor characteristics of the wood should clearly come through. Basically, my acidity becomes milder and rounder with aging, and the acacia wood gives me a strong character. The woody note is clearly evident, and you could describe me as slightly spicy (compared to my sister, the Fig from the Cherry Wood Barrel).
I am double filtered and only bottled after another rest period.
