My measurable quality characteristics are low acidity and excellent K232 and K270 values.

My base is a very well-rounded and fruity olive oil. The olive oil is naturally cold-pressed and has a very low acidity of less than 0.20. What makes my flavor special is the subtlety of fresh basil and a hint of mint—without the use of artificial or natural flavors. This clearly sets me apart from other oils. The mint makes me even fresher, and you can taste it subtly in the finish.
For my production, only the leaves were used, which requires a lot of craftsmanship. But ultimately, this effort is what makes my coffee incredibly delicious.

I'm a cubeb pepper grown without pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides. My spiciness is very mild—but I have all the more flavor. I taste very fresh, reminiscent of cloves, mint, refreshing eucalyptus, and a hint of allspice. Nevertheless, my flavor is very unique and deserves to be experienced.
