Like my more robust brother (Olive Oil No. 1), I have fragrant aromas reminiscent of freshly cut grass. I am a milder olive oil with a subtle spiciness on the finish. My round and fresh flavor makes me an excellent match for fresh vegetables, pasta, fish, or even cold dishes. I am a single-varietal olive oil made from the Arbequina olive variety. My measurable quality characteristics are low acidity and excellent K232 and K270 values.
