I'm a cold-pressed olive oil with an acidity of 0.11, refined with a fiery hot organic chili. Since my spiciness doesn't come from a concentrate, I was allowed to mature for at least six weeks before I arrive. Shaken well, I flow almost like honey from the bottle.
