I'm a special kind of drinking vinegar, as I don't use any added honey, sugar, or colorings. My base is oak-barrel-aged vinegar, which is blended with a fig I import from Italy. My figs come from a village at the foot of the Alps. These figs grow only here, and they arrive in Germany fully ripe. The combination of freshness and ripeness gives my flavor an incomparable touch.

My balanced and harmonious flavor makes me extremely versatile. I go very well with salmon, grilled goat cheese, or—in combination with the "Amalfi Lemon Olive Oil"—excellent with tomato and mozzarella. Incidentally, I also have a brother and a sister. They were specially aged in different wooden barrels.

I'm even more unusual than my base, "The Fig," because I belong to the XW series. The XW stands for Extra Wood. After the first filtration, I was aged in an acacia wood barrel (new, of course) and am the sister of the Fig from the Cherry Wood Barrel. New barrels – because the flavor characteristics of the wood should clearly come through. Basically, my acidity becomes milder and rounder with aging, and the acacia wood gives me a strong character. The woody note is clearly evident, and you could describe me as slightly spicy (compared to my sister, the Fig from the Cherry Wood Barrel).

I am double filtered and only bottled after another rest period.

As with all my other drinking vinegars, my fruit is processed fresh. This is what makes me so special. I'm definitely one of the highlights.

Like my colleagues, I don't need any added honey, sugar, or coloring. My base is barrel-aged vinegar. My elderflowers come from the immediate vicinity of Altlußheim.

All blossoms are fresh and hand-picked. My flavor is incredibly complex and has a very special element: cherry wood. You can't taste the cherry wood in me, but it makes my taste much more rounded. There are many elderflower vinegars on the market. However, I'm created with a lot of handwork and time, which ultimately make the difference. Just try me and experience the difference.

All the blossoms are fresh, hand-picked, and come not from a cultivated cherry tree, but from a wild cherry tree. My taste is incredibly complex and difficult to put into words. I'm a special kind of drinking vinegar, because my pistachios actually come from Bronte and are DOP certified. Don't know Bronte? Let me explain. Bronte is a fairly well-known town in Sicily (Italy), and it's said that the best pistachios actually come from Bronte. If you'd like to know something else about DOP → It's a quality seal that identifies agricultural products and foodstuffs whose production process is closely linked to a specific geographical region.

I had the idea years ago. However, the paste used for my production had to be unrefined, sugar-free, made from 100% pistachios, come from Bronte, and also be DOP certified. That was really difficult to find. Towards the end of 2024, my inspiration finally found what I was looking for.

I have a wonderfully nutty pistachio flavor, and you can smell it as soon as you open the bottle. Since no expense is spared on pistachios in my production, I'm creamy and soft, melting on the tongue. If you like pistachios, you should definitely try me.

After harvesting, my quinces are allowed to continue ripening, developing a very beautiful, rounded flavor. Only the best parts of the quinces are used in processing, and storage under optimal conditions allows my flavor to truly shine. What's special about my quinces is that they are processed in their natural state, without any cooking, thus preserving their authenticity.

Ich bin ein Sirup, der mit dem Saft der Amalfi-Zitrone gemacht wird. Damit ich noch etwas fruchtiger schmecke, kommen bei meiner Herstellung noch frische Erdbeeren hinzu.

Man mischt mich am besten mit Blubberwasser und gibt noch Birne oder Nektarine hinzu – je nachdem, was gerade verfügbar ist und gut schmeckt.

Bei mir reichen 1 cl Sirup auf 100 ml Wasser. Mein Erfinder schwört aber auf etwas weniger Sirup im Wasser (ca. 2 cl Sirup auf 300 ml Wasser).

I'm a very special harissa spice because my ingredients are organically and biodynamically grown—and my main ingredient isn't paprika. Furthermore, I'm completely salt-free and flavor-free. I have an oriental-spicy aroma, and my taste is unparalleled. I'm also a traditional harissa with a lovely heat. My sumac is imported directly and not a mass-produced product, but comes from a biodynamic farm in Sicily. This uniqueness is a constant throughout my work.
