I'm an even more unusual drinking vinegar than my base, "The Fig," because I belong to the XW series. The XW stands for Extra Wood. After the first filtration, I was aged in a cherry wood barrel (new, of course) and am the sister of the Fig from the acacia wood barrel. New barrels – because the flavor characteristics of the wood should clearly come through. Basically, my acidity becomes milder and rounder with age, and the cherry wood brings out my fruity aspects more. Some people even taste a hint of cherry when they taste me neat. Are you one of them?
I am double filtered and only bottled after another rest period.
You can enjoy me neat in a glass, on the rocks, as a spritzer, with salad, cheese and much more.

I'm a special kind of drinking vinegar, as I don't contain any added honey, sugar, or colorings. My base is a vinegar aged in oak barrels. My particularly intense flavor comes from the blending of raspberries that grow near Heidelberg. My raspberries are picked in the morning and then processed without further storage. As with all my other drinking vinegars, my fruit is processed fresh. This is what makes me so special. I'm definitely one of the highlights.
Through careful processing, in which every single fruit is examined, and storage under optimal conditions, my flavor truly comes to life. I am double-filtered and only bottled after a further rest period.

Like my colleagues, I don't need any added honey, sugar, or coloring. My base is barrel-aged vinegar. My elderflowers come from the immediate vicinity of Altlußheim.
All blossoms are fresh and hand-picked. My flavor is incredibly complex and has a very special element: cherry wood. You can't taste the cherry wood in me, but it makes my taste much more rounded. There are many elderflower vinegars on the market. However, I'm created with a lot of handwork and time, which ultimately make the difference. Just try me and experience the difference.

All the blossoms are fresh, hand-picked, and come not from a cultivated cherry tree, but from a wild cherry tree. My taste is incredibly complex and difficult to put into words. But one can say with a clear conscience: cherry blossoms make everything better.

I'm a special kind of drinking vinegar, because my pistachios actually come from Bronte and are DOP certified. Don't know Bronte? Let me explain. Bronte is a fairly well-known town in Sicily (Italy), and it's said that the best pistachios actually come from Bronte. If you'd like to know something else about DOP → It's a quality seal that identifies agricultural products and foodstuffs whose production process is closely linked to a specific geographical region.
I had the idea years ago. However, the paste used for my production had to be unrefined, sugar-free, made from 100% pistachios, come from Bronte, and also be DOP certified. That was really difficult to find. Towards the end of 2024, my inspiration finally found what I was looking for.
I have a wonderfully nutty pistachio flavor, and you can smell it as soon as you open the bottle. Since no expense is spared on pistachios in my production, I'm creamy and soft, melting on the tongue. If you like pistachios, you should definitely try me.

After harvesting, my quinces are allowed to continue ripening, developing a very beautiful, rounded flavor. Only the best parts of the quinces are used in processing, and storage under optimal conditions allows my flavor to truly shine. What's special about my quinces is that they are processed in their natural state, without any cooking, thus preserving their authenticity.

My base is a very well-rounded and fruity olive oil. The olive oil is naturally cold-pressed and has a very low acidity of less than 0.20. What makes my flavor special is the subtlety of fresh basil and a hint of mint—without the use of artificial or natural flavors. This clearly sets me apart from other oils. The mint makes me even fresher, and you can taste it subtly in the finish.
For my production, only the leaves were used, which requires a lot of craftsmanship. But ultimately, this effort is what makes my coffee incredibly delicious.

I'm a very special harissa spice because my ingredients are organically and biodynamically grown—and my main ingredient isn't paprika. Furthermore, I'm completely salt-free and flavor-free. I am an extra virgin, cold-pressed olive oil from the Mediterranean coast, and my fragrance is reminiscent of freshly cut grass. Due to my early harvest, when the olives are not yet fully ripe, I have a slight bitterness and a sharp finish. My robust and fresh flavor makes me an excellent match for fresh vegetables, pasta, fish, or even cold dishes. I am a blend of the special olive varieties Taggiasca, Biancolilla, Coratina, and Peranzana.
