Bronte is a fairly well-known town in Sicily (Italy), and it's said that the best pistachios actually come from Bronte. If you'd like to know something else about DOP → It's a quality seal that identifies agricultural products and foodstuffs whose production process is closely linked to a specific geographical region.
I had the idea years ago. However, the paste used for my production had to be unrefined, sugar-free, made from 100% pistachios, come from Bronte, and also be DOP certified. That was really difficult to find. Towards the end of 2024, my inspiration finally found what I was looking for.
I have a wonderfully nutty pistachio flavor, and you can smell it as soon as you open the bottle. Since no expense is spared on pistachios in my production, I'm creamy and soft, melting on the tongue. If you like pistachios, you should definitely try me.
I go perfectly as a topping with a green salad… or… or… or.
You can enjoy it neat in a glass, with salad, dessert, and much more. Your own taste and imagination are the limits.
