Unit price €17,50 per 100mlAs a drinking vinegar in the "Unfortunately AWESOME" category, I'm distinguished by my extremely time-consuming production process and deep vertical integration. Like my colleagues, I don't require any added honey, sugar, or coloring. My base is a barrel-aged vinegar blended with a single malt from Northern Ireland. I age my vinegar in small 50-liter barrels from Modena. The fact that I contain almost no alcohol—and the reason for it—remains my secret, of course.
It's hard to find a really good vinegar. Vinegar made with whiskey is even harder to find. And whiskey vinegar that also tastes incredibly good is almost impossible to find. I'm created with a lot of handwork and time.
You can enjoy me neat, on the rocks, in Prosecco, with salad, dessert, and much more. Your own taste and imagination are the limits.
I'm a seasonal product and only produced once a year. What's more, my bottle count is very limited. So grab it now.
