I'm a tea that can be enjoyed hot or cold—and you can even enjoy me in the evening. The apple's light acidity gives me an incredibly fresh note, the cardamom adds a subtle sweetness, the hibiscus blossoms add a fruity note, and the cocoa beans are simply wonderfully subtle and aromatic. Since I don't become bitter with a longer brewing time, you can let me steep for 8 to 10 minutes. The cocoa beans then simply have more time to develop their full flavor.
True to the motto “Food that is fun,” I am a tea that is fun – because I taste completely natural and do not require any flavoring.

Koppel is a word coined from coconut and apple. I taste wonderfully fresh and light. The coconut isn't overpowering and stays discreetly in the background of the cup. I have a slight sweetness and a lovely balance between freshness and fruitiness. The orange and tangerine zest give me a lovely fruity note. My light and fruity flavor also requires some time, so you can let me steep for 8 to 10 minutes. The tea bag can also stay in the water.

I'm a tea with a wonderfully complex flavor. All of my various ingredients harmonize incredibly well in the end, resulting in an exceptionally full-bodied and deep flavor. This depth comes from the very high-quality cocoa beans. This full-bodied flavor also requires some time, so you can let me steep for 8 to 10 minutes. However, the tea bag can also remain in the water, and I'm also well-suited for a second infusion.

I was born out of a challenge to create a "cool" tasting nettle tea. Why a "cool" tasting nettle tea? Because nettle is considered healthy, and "what's healthy can't taste good." But the person who came up with the idea had a different opinion. The cardamom gives me a subtle sweet note, the mace adds a fine and subtle spice, and the mate tea simply rounds it all off. Et voilà, a "cool" tasting nettle tea. You can leave me in the hot water for 3 minutes, but no longer than 5.
