Unit price €11,60 per 100mlI'm an even more unusual drinking vinegar than my base, "The Fig," because I belong to the XW series. The XW stands for Extra Wood. After the first filtration, I was aged in a cherry wood barrel (new, of course) and am the sister of the Fig from the acacia wood barrel. New barrels – because the flavor characteristics of the wood should clearly come through. Basically, my acidity becomes milder and rounder with age, and the cherry wood brings out my fruity aspects more. Some people even taste a hint of cherry when they taste me neat. Are you one of them?
I am double filtered and only bottled after another rest period.
You can enjoy me neat in a glass, on the rocks, as a spritzer, with salad, cheese and much more.
