I'm a special kind of drinking vinegar, as I don't contain any added honey, sugar, or colorings. My base is a vinegar aged in oak barrels. My particularly intense flavor comes from the blending of raspberries that grow near Heidelberg. My raspberries are picked in the morning and then processed without further storage. As with all my other drinking vinegars, my fruit is processed fresh. This is what makes me so special. I'm definitely one of the highlights.
Through careful processing, in which every single fruit is examined, and storage under optimal conditions, my flavor truly comes to life. I am double-filtered and only bottled after a further rest period.
You can enjoy me neat in a glass, on the rocks, in Prosecco, with salad, goat cheese, meat (raw ham, carpaccio, ...) and much more.
I'm a seasonal product and only produced once a year. So grab it now.
